About the Role:
We are currently seeking a high motivated and customer-centric hunter & gatherer sales agent to join our team. Your role is to grow TCG's business presence both in Canterbury and Throughout New Zealand, developing and working with our rural SME farming and support base and developing new business relationships throughout the region and beyond. From ISP and telco services, to ITC consultancy, design and build, the opportunities at a SME, ME and corporate/local & central Government level are almost untapped.
You will create lasting commercial relationships, whilst developing revenue and opportunities both in our existing client base and with new cold leads. Your ability to network, talk the talk but deliver with the up-most professionalism is critical to your success. We are looking for someone who wants to smash KPI targets but ensure those customers remain loyal and long term relationships.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to listen to a customers situation and provide them with assurance around your solution
Telco or ITC experience is critical, base understanding of technology both in the ISP and ITC world is key. (advantageous, but not mandatory).
Ability to cold call, generate leads and follow up effectively
The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Team focused and able to work both autonomously under daily performance tracking and within a team office environment
