About the position

The Connectivity Group (TCG)  is an absolute connectivity provider in the telecommunication sector. About the Role: 

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-centric Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle various technical and sales inquiries with a sense of urgency and care. This role offers advancement opportunities in both sales and technical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to our customers, resolving queries, troubleshooting faults, and following up on existing issues.

  • Maximize customer satisfaction by assisting with resolution, optimising the customer experience, and identifying upselling opportunities.

  • Apply problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and ensure seamless customer experiences & great outcome's 

  • Build rapport with customers and act as their advocate within the company to enhance retention.


To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work Monday-Friday with a rotating roster for on call- weekends approximately every 5th week.

  • Strong technological skills with a basic understanding of internet and networking technologies (advantageous, but not mandatory).

  • A fantastic can do attitude, the word can't isn't our vocabulary
