About the position
TCG (The Connectivity Group) encompasses a well established customer ISP network, and a robust infrastructure team. Day-to-day our team works across the wider Canterbury region and beyond to deliver and maintain telecommunications infrastructure, fibre, wireless builds, internet services, ITC, and business to business services and consultancy.
About the Opportunity:
In this exciting, brand-new position, you will start with a clean slate and the opportunity to develop our marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing TCGs marketing strategy. Identifying TCGs Key audiences, and developing a strategy that aligns with TCGs business goals.
Identifying, developing, and publishing content for all communication channels, ensuring it benefits every customer and corporate business served by TCG and its sub companies.
Developing both physical and digital advertising campaigns
Analyzing marketing data to assess the performance of campaigns, deriving insights, and preparing comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders.
Keeping up to date with industry trends for both marketing and technology & identify areas for improvement or updates.
Budget management, allocating resources effectively and efficiently to different campaigns that aligns with TCGs financial goals.
About You:
A tertiary qualification in marketing, advertising, media, or communications
Proven work experience in marketing. (We would love to see your portfolio)
Demonstrated experience in copywriting, advertising, social media, and brand growth
Ability to complete work on time and on budget, with exceptional planning, organizational, and coordination abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Cutting edge tech skills, comfortable using Google Suite, AI, Canva, Adobe, Wordpress, Wix, Html, JS, CSS, Meta Business, Zapier. (Not all tech knowledge is necessary, but the willingness to learn is)
Flexibility, and ability to adapt to the needs of the group as we grow
Attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
Familiarity with the telecommunication and/or rural sector will set you out from the rest!
